The 47-story Texas Tower on the 800 block of Texas Avenue in Downtown Houston is one of the newest skyscrapers in the city.

If you’ve been in or around downtown over the past couple of years, you have definitely witnessed the building making it’s presence into the skyline.

Developed by Hines, the office building of over one million square feet, is set to complete later this year.

The tower is being built by the nearby Hines owned Chase Tower (Houston’s tallest building), and the nearby Brava, a luxury residential tower that’s also developed and being constructed by the company.
